Returns Policy

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. 
Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable. Return for replacement, exchange or refund should be made within 14 days.

Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of defects.

Returns Guideline:

• We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;

• The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

• You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

• None of the items are in the exclusions list set below.

Exclusions

The following items may not be returned under our policy:

• For health reasons, groin guards, mouth guards and sports bras

• Any product customized to your specifications

• Any product personalized or adapted for you

• Embroideries or custom printing on any product

• Items marked as FINAL SALE

• Gift vouchers

Refunds:

You will be given a full refund of the product price excluding any shipping & handling charges in the same payment method you used. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will process the refunded as soon as possible to authorized returns, but please allow up to two weeks from the date we receive your package.

Unauthorized Returns:

If you return a product in contradiction to this return policy:

• We will not refund or exchange the product;

• We may retain the returned product until you send us a return label or pay the shipping fee to return the goods to you

• If we do not receive a return label or shipping payment for your unauthorised return, we may dispose of your package

Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our products. Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse.

Nerf Parties Cancellation

If a booking is no longer required before a member of SESMA staff has contacted you or payment has been made, then a courtesy call would be appreciated, as it will allow the date/time to be available to others. 

If payment has been made, and you wish to cancel the party, an alternative date will be offered to you.

If you are still wishing to cancel and require a refund then the following applies: 

1) Cancellation with a period greater than 4 weeks to party date/time (full refund) 

2) Cancellation with a period greater than 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks to party date/time (75% refund) 

3) Cancellation with a period less that 2 weeks (50% refund) Refunds will be by bank transfer, no cash alternatives.
