Nerf Party FAQ’s and Terms & Conditions

The maximum number of player for your Nerf Party is 20.
We will put the player in to teams, usually 4 teams of 5 players.

You are welcome to put the players in to team yourself before the party, and give a written list to the party staff.

Please take in to account size and age of the children if you are organizing your own teams.

We recommend that parents drop off their childre and have some “Me Time”.

There is limited space for an abundance of parents as well as the children.

Our Risk Assessment for Insurance is based on up to 28 people (excluding party staff).

If you want more than 8 parents staying at the party, you will have to invite less children to play the games.

No is the short answer.

We recommend that you only do nibble food or some have ordered Dominos Pizza and allow the children to eat as they wait for their teams turn in to the play area.

There are plastic plates, cups and jugs available for you to use.

Please remember to wash & dry at the end of your party.

We like to run as many games as possible for the children and our Game Plan is based on the children not stopping for sit down eating time.

The games last 5mins and then there is a team turn around, so we suggest that they eat whilst waiting for their next game play.

Have plenty of drinks on hand, as they will be thirsty.

Top Tip Ask the guests to bring their own water bottle which you can refill for them. It will save on cups and washing up.

If you are wanting to present a Birthday Cake and do the traditional blow out the candles, then please let a staff member know.

There is a natural stop time for changing the scenery about for new game play about midway through the party.

This makes a perfect time for a Birthday Cake as it doesn’t eat into the children’s game time.

Please remember to bring a sharp knife and means to light the candles.

Yes there is a kettle and mugs available for your use.

You will however need to bring your own Tea, Coffee and Milk etc.

There is also plastic plates cups for the children to use for their food drink.

We suggest from experience that your guests leave their Nerf Guns at home.

All guns are provided “Speed Swarm” and are battery operated for ease of use and load.

We have had in the past children bring their own guns and it can cause upset if a team loses against someone with their own guns, with player saying it is unfair etc. especially when some guns can fire 50 odd bullets in a matter of seconds.

Children are welcome to wear camo gear (no face paint) to make the event more authentic. 

NO ALCOHOL or NON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS !!
We have a strict NO alcohol/drugs policy.
It is a kids party, please do not bring or consume alcohol/drugs on or near the premises.
Anyone found doing so or under the influence will be asked to leave and may result in the party being cancelled and loss of party payment.

We have had in the past, children & parents be verbally abusive to our staff.

We have a Zero Tolerance attitude at SESMA.

Violent, threatening or abusive behaviour including shouting & swearing will not be tolerated here at SESMA.

Parents or Children who act in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises; the Police may be called and you will be excluded from booking further parties or attending any of our martial art classes.
